Custom Retainer Contract
Our crisis communications firm offers flexible, custom retainer contracts tailored to meet the unique needs and budgets of governmental agencies. Each contract is designed to provide core crisis communication support, with the option to add specialized services, training programs, and enhanced response commitments as needed. Pricing is adaptable to ensure alignment with agency resources and priorities, making it easy to scale support as situations evolve.


Incident Support
In the event of a disaster or prolonged emergency, you can activate our Emergency Crisis Communications Contract for expanded, on-site support. This service can be retained as a standalone contract or as an addition to our standard retainer.
- Flat rate for up to 12 hours of daily service, 7 days a week
- Activation available independently or jointly with nearby counties to share cost
- Work performed during emergency activation does not reduce your annual hour bank
- Travel and additional staffing billed separately per contract terms.
Additional Staff Add-On
Need additional emergency management personnel? We’ll facilitate staffing based on the incident’s scope.
- Senior Staff: Federally or State credentialed and/or 10+ years’ experience
- Junior Staff: 5+ years’ experience, specialist Public Information Officer training
