On-Scene Incident Support

Crisis response to an elongated incident, such as a hurricane, major event, or reputational concern. Incident activated short-term contracts for one to four weeks

  • Up to 14 hours per day of on-scene support

  • Can be cost-shared among multiple jurisdictions, as needed

  • May be reimbursable depending on incident (state of emergency)

  • $8,000 per week per senior staffer

  • $4,000 per week per junior staffer

  • All fees included

  • Total: $8,500+

Costs vary depending on the complexity and topic of the audit. Audits should be expected to range from $10,000 to $20,000, including all necessary research, meetings, preparation of an official report, and counsel on strategic opportunities.
