Sarah Lux earned a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from the University of Central Florida and a master’s degree in public relations from Full Sail University. Sarah has practiced Public Relations for over 12 years, specifically focusing on community education, government affairs, and crisis communications. She is a PIO for Florida’s Region 5 All-Hazards Incident Management Team and has deployed to aid communications in other communities ten times, including four times through the State of Florida. She earned her Master PIO certification in 2024, a federal training program that has accepted and certified fewer than 175 PIOs nationwide. Lux prides herself on her ability to clearly explain complex governmental matters to citizens in her community.

Dane Lux is an accomplished Instructional Design and Content Manager with over 11 years of experience transforming learning and development in the technology and retail sectors. He specializes in creating scalable training solutions that bridge complex business knowledge with practical application. Throughout his career, Dane has successfully led cross-functional teams while maintaining a hands-on approach to curriculum development and innovative learning strategies. With formal training from industry leaders like Samsung, Google, Apple, and Sprint, he brings a unique blend of technical expertise and educational innovation. His foundation includes a Bachelor of Science in Career and Technical Education with a focus on Adult Learning, complemented by specialized certifications in design and development. Dane's comprehensive understanding of modern learning frameworks and emerging technologies positions him at the forefront of creating engaging, effective learning experiences that drive measurable business results.
